overthinking it and you don't you don't naturally have that gift it is it's a tough road it is a tough

road and i will not hire anybody in the acquisitions position that is not an absolute natural. Natural. You drop them in the middle of nowhere and they're making friends. Yeah, they got to be comfortable just going in and talking with people and then being able to. Being able to. Curious. I mean, it's true. People want to do business with people they like. So if you can get people to like you, they'll be more apt to do business with you,

and then hopefully you have the skills that match, you know, the need that you're filling.

But yeah, I didn't mind doing the acquisitions, and I still run some appointments.

One of my guys is, and he was also one of my first cold callers that I hired years ago, because, you know, I took your call call course in 2018. And I made, it was like 16 or like my 18th call. I got a deal. So it's just one of these things, you know.

It made like a 14K spread on it.

And then I hired three people instantly and didn't make a cold call since.
