Summary

Doing this work really can take you all the way (or more accurately return you) to the peace and love of your true nature.

1:23.0

now I imagine you've heard about the importance of accepting feelings.

1:32.3

But accepting isn't enough.

1:46.0

And I held her like this.

1:50.0

I'm not abandoning you.

1:53.7

Now, if I had just accepted her fear, there would have been more of a slight begrudging element.

2:03.1

Like, okay, I know you feel like this.

2:05.4

Come on, it's okay, feel better.

2:10.2

And there's a different quality to that energy.

2:15.2

But that wasn't my experience or my intention at all.

2:21.7

It was an absolute privilege to be with her in that moment.
