| 0:50.3 | And another good friend started a corporate ethics company. |

| 0:55.1 | who could be the most ethical company in the world, which he did and he later sold to the New York |

| 1:06.5 | no experience in the space at all. Both of them started with something is very obvious today, |
| 1:11.9 | but at the time they had no experience and it wasn't obvious to everyone else. So I always use |
| 1:16.8 | this example with real estate. If you're driving by a piece of property and you've got a 20 |
| 1:21.5 | acre piece on the right hand side, I look at it and I see multifamily. Another friend of mine might see an office building, yet another might see a retail center |
