You know, sometimes you can, I understand that you want to read all the articles and all that

kind of stuff. But the big picture is big banks gobble up small banks. And most of the toxic

commercial real estate loans, we can get into residential a minute. Most of the toxic real estate

loans are hitting now. Yes. And these banks,

these banks have a credit rating. You guys probably know that just like you do. You guys all have a,

we all have a walking credit score. You know what I mean? Banks have the same thing.

It's called a camel system, C-A-M-E-L-S, I believe.

It stands for capital allocations, asset, quality, management, earnings, liquidity,

and sensitivity.

So each bank has a rating, a rating one to five.

So one of the things that I think everybody needs to watch is what's going to happen,

what bank are you with? And you really need to pay attention to this because as we start to see
