0:00.0	Hi, I'm Coach Corey Wayne and this is my video coaching newsletter. And the topic of today's
0:05.1	newsletter is going to be, I used the takeaway strategy and it didn't work. I've got an email.
0:11.5	This is from a guy. I don't know how long he's been following me for, but recently he was out
0:17.8	with some friends. He was at a bar and a woman approached him they started
0:22.1	chatting he got her number and he says about four days later he called her made a date
0:28.0	gave her the option to either meet him at the venue or he could pick her up she chose to meet him
0:34.2	there everything seemed good and then on the day of the date, about two hours before,
0:40.5	she texts him and asks him if they're still on,
0:44.2	which he replies that they are.
0:47.1	And then she tells him that she's going to basically be about 20,
0:50.0	she's going to arrive there 20 minutes after they're agreed upon time.
0:53.9	And so he said a few things in text that I personally would not have said.
1:00.4	But it also kind of reveals that when you look at her responses, it seems like she felt entitled to jerk him around and waste his time, agree on something, and then provide
1:13.0	something else. Because when you, the idea is applying what's in 3% man, you're looking for
1:19.6	somebody that values you, respects you, likes you, is excited to see you, not somebody who right
1:26.9	away is going to start jerking you around.
1:28.9	So it'll be interesting to see as we get to the end of this.
1:32.4	I mean, I would have handled things differently and he probably still would have met up for the
1:36.1	date, but just the way he handled it and what he said was enough to basically make her blow him off.
1:43.9	And he even admits that he made a date with this girl and he wasn't thinking that she was a candidate for a long-term relationship.
1:50.0	It doesn't sound like he was really into her.
1:52.0	He was just happy to go out on a date, get a little practice.
