1:16.2 | Tarawiyah prayers in the evening after we break our fast. |
1:20.1 | And depending on the night of the month, you may see hundreds or thousands of people. |
1:28.5 | It's pitch dark outside and seeing the building and the minaret and the dome |
1:34.0 | illuminated by the lights around the mosque against the sky. |
1:37.9 | It's just a beautiful sight. |
1:51.4 | Honestly, I was very concerned about how we would still make it feel special, |
1:56.0 | how we would still maintain that sense of community and spirituality, |
1:58.0 | even though we're not seeing anyone. |
