Quick question for you today.

How do you feel about your boundaries?

Now there is so much boundary talk, there is so much boundary advice. I almost feel like we're overboundreed, even in some cases. You know how you feel about your boundaries based on typically the level of resentment that you feel.

I loved how she defined this topic.

But I want to let you know something.

I've actually considered, at least for the last few years,

that my boundaries are pretty solid. I mean the goy is expanding and growing nothing's perfect but I never really thought that I had a boundary problem at least in recent years. I know that I'm a

pleaser, I identify that, and I'm conscious of being in my integrity saying

yes when I mean yes and no when I mean no, and that gives me great peace.

And then something a little funny happened just yesterday

that I wanted to share with you because maybe it could be interesting maybe it could be helpful maybe this is something that

might have your ears perk up just a little bit because it could be maybe you too in some way. Try it on, see how it fits.

We got back this weekend from an incredible trip, a masterminding trip for charity based in

Charleston, South Carolina.

There's a cool reel with some of the highlights. But that meant that we left

on a Thursday and came back on a Saturday. And we live in a building here in Miami that has 85 floors. Okay, so it's a lot of apartments.

And so when it comes to packages being delivered, there are two ways to collect your packages. There is a package room where some, I think it's three to four people work and they're awesome and there's also a locker system.

So FedEx and UPS, they input your information and then they put your packages into a locker
