0:04.8	newsletter is going to be, I think my coworker is interested in me. So I got an email from a guy.
0:11.0	He says he's in the middle of searching for a job in his career. I assume he's probably recently
0:16.5	out of college. And so he took a job at a local grocery store just so he could pay his bills
0:23.9	while he was looking for a job in his field. And so he's recently noticed that one of his female
0:29.1	co-workers has been checking him out quite a bit. So obviously we're in the Me Too era and he's
0:34.5	wondering, well, how do I bridge the gap from noticing that she
0:37.9	seems to be interested in me to actually going out on a date, hanging out, having fun,
0:43.9	hooking up with her, like I talk about, 3% man, without getting myself into trouble.
0:50.1	And so this is a good email because a lot of people are in these kinds of situations and you don't
0:55.8	want to do anything to jeopardize your job or your career because you may misread the signs.
1:01.9	You could be wrong.
1:03.8	So you want to do things in any, you want to create the conditions where a woman will reveal
1:09.5	her interest to you slowly over time.
1:13.6	So I got a quote that I wrote and we'll go through his email.
1:17.6	And so the quote says, office romances can be tricky and risky in today's Me Too era.
1:23.6	Instead of men asking women out directly from work, they should be looking for signs of romantic
1:29.1	interest and doing things in a group setting.
1:33.5	Men should focus on having fun and talking with other women from work than the women who
1:39.2	they think have romantic interest in them.
1:42.3	Women become very competitive when the men they like are
