Oh my goodness, it's Halloween folks. The one day a year that it's okay to wear a mask.

I mean, many of you are walking around right now wearing a mask. You've been faking everybody out for,

I don't know, good part of your corporate career. I don't follow. Yeah, you do.

You're not who you're supposed to be. You're not doing what you were created to do.

So you've effectively put a mask on and you're just walking around behind a mask

and everybody thinks they know you and you just faking everybody out because you're just

consuming with fear and doubt and pride. And I'm challenging you to take the mask off.

It's okay for little kids to walk around neighborhoods all across America with a mask and say

trick-or-treat and we throw candy at them. But it's not okay for you to walk around every day of

your life with a mask on, not being who you were created to be. Now why is that important? Ken

listen, this is all about ambition and success and yeah, no, I'm just not it's not me. No,

no, no, no, no, no, that's not what this is about. So you still think it's about you. I never

said it was about you. I said you need to be you. Why? Because somebody out there need you to be

you. You were created to fill a role. As Dave Ramsey my mentor says we are blessed to be a blessing.

So we don't work to live, we live to work to create to contribute something.

That's what this is about. And so if you buy all of that and you go okay, all right,

it makes sense. I can track with that. Then you now know that there's a duty for you to be you.
