In 1988, Anita Triamarket was going through a transition phase in her life.

That was about 27 years old living in South L.A. between Dinker and Normandy at the time.

I had two children, youngsters. I was going through a rough period in my life. I just split up

with my ex. He was keeping the children and I didn't have nothing to keep myself busy

size work. But I was still trying to get my own self together because I was liking them.

In a bad place to myself, at the time, the reason of the breakup, because I was a really big,

I'm a big girl, but I was really big then. I would say verbal insults, the mindset at the time

was not a very good frame. I asked for me. I used to be, you know, not caring about what I weighed or

looked like, still don't. I've gotten used to myself, comfortable with myself. I should say now.

Back then, I think skinny was in. And skinny is not me.

Though Anita Triamarket was only 27, she had already been working in home care for 12 years.

I've been doing home health care since I was 15. In 1988, I was working home care for a friend of mine.
