into her question. And she says, I graduated three months ago and I'm currently working in family practice.

I feel like I don't know anything and I find myself constantly having to look things up.

Charting is also time consuming and I always seem to be behind on seeing patients.

And yes, it's very normal, right? I've had multiple emails like this. I think I probably addressed a question, a couple questions very similar to this. But here's the thing.

When you were in school as a PA, the school is there for one thing.

The school is there to get you ready to prep for your boards.

They want you to pass the board exams.

Therefore, their main focus is to get a 100% first time pass

rate on the pants. That's their number one focus, because if they can get this incredibly high pass rate year after year
