You become the average of the five people who you spend the most time with and you have to be really

careful because if those people don't believe in you, if those people don't push you, if they

don't expect more from you, they actually decrease or limit the belief

that you'll have in yourself in very subtle ways.

You can have people around you that just say, oh, come on, that's, you don't have that skill.

Or, you know, you're a behind the scenes person.

An introvert like you shouldn't try to do this or try to do that.

Know your place, know your role, and constantly kind of putting

a lid on you. And these little, what I found is the people you're spending time with are really really important in the development of the belief that you have in yourself.
