How's it going? Indeed. How are you? I'm doing all right. I am, I'm engaging in a new kind of fight about my house with a man.

Uh-oh. Another fight. Another fight. Another day. This time I'm

fighting with the oil company because I won't leave my house unlocked and they won't tell me what

time they're coming to deliver oil. What do you mean oil company? Like, what do you mean oil delivery?

So my heat and hot water runs on oil. What? Wait, what?

Yeah, I have an oil tank in my garage. Wait a minute. Is that a thing? Yeah. Is it a thing up there?

Yeah. Okay, I have, am I stupid? I've never heard of this before. No. It's a, it's a thing in a lot of places. And usually there is a way for them to have like a plug or some kind of pipe that goes outside of your house so they can just kind of like connect and pump oil into your tank that way. But I don't have that. And I don't know how to get that.

And so I just have this huge oil tank in my garage. And I have to

leave my garage open or they have to be able to access it through the garage. And I've missed the last two

deliveries because I'm not home and I'm not leaving my house unlocked. And so the guy called me today. And he was like,

hey, so we've missed the last couple of deliveries. I said, yeah, I know I'm getting pretty low. I was

going to call you today, actually. And he's like, well, you know, we've been servicing that house for like

40 years and, you know, the garage is always unlocked. And then I had to enter something I like to call, I mean, I guess you would call it

bitch mode, but I refuse to call it that because I don't think it's me being a bitch. I think it's me

just being adamant and asserting myself. Yes, advocating for yourself mode. Completely advocating for

myself. And so I said, well, hi, my name's Danielle, and I'm the new homeowner,
