Not much. How's your week going? It's okay. I've been thinking a little bit more about like rejoining a gym.

We went from eyebrows to hair to gym.

You are back, baby.

I'm not fully back because I'm like still terrified to go into buildings with other people.

But, you know, this is the thing.

I mean, like, you know, obviously, like,

I have not fucking exercised in over a year, like, in any kind of major way. And if you want to

get down to brass tacks, I actually have an exercise. I'm not, I've not been back to my full

form since I went into the hospital. And that was about two years ago. So for the past two years,

you know, I've been really struggling. You know, the first year after the surgeries and stuff,

like I was, you know, kind of going back and doing things here and there. I wasn't doing my fucking,

like, two a day's, five days a week type of shit that I was doing before. I don't even know what a two a day is.

That's how much I haven't been to a gym. It's basically when you work out twice in a day.
