I'm Danielle Henderson. And howdy, folks. We're here with you again to talk about film. Danielle, what is up?

I have been thinking about something that might just be a real bummer of a question, but I'm interested in your thoughts about it.

I'm kind of curious about what is grief now? Like, what does grief look and feel like now?

Because I feel like, you know, a couple years ago, I had a really good grasp on the difference

between grief, depression, sadness, and just kind of malaise. And now I just feel

like they're all jumbled together. Like for the past couple years, I'm like, I don't know, am I sad?

Am I depressed? Am I, am I grief stricken? But I really feel like I'm just experiencing a lot

of grief lately. It's not enough to immobilize me, but it's enough to make me wonder, like, is this just how we're going to feel now?

Like, just cycles of grief?

Do you think it's age?

Possibly.

Do you think that, like, maybe when we were younger, we never had the sense that things would end or die, and not just

like people, but just like things, like segments of life, like realities. So I don't know,

part of me thinks that that's like something that happens as you get older is just more things,

just sort of end and fall apart.

I mean, that is definitely a more eloquent way to state that than I, what I was thinking,

which is just like, I'm fucking tired and sad.

Well, now I want to know what brought this on, though, because that's's a lot I'm not saying it's a bummer
