So, I read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read.

I love reading and one of my favorite topics to read about is leadership because it has historical context, it has political context, it has business

context, it has a personal context, and today I decided, you know what we're going to share with

you the people my favorite three

leadership books that have really shaped me the most and I'm going to kind of give

you a bit of a cliff notes lesson from each book that I believe will help you.

Now, for those of you who aren't leading now, but you are seeking to advance professionally.

As you keep advancing professionally, you are going to progress and be promoted into a leadership role.

I don't know how soon that's going to be.

I don't know how many rungs are on the non-leadership ladder

before you ascended leadership, but I can can tell you if you continue to grow most of the time you're going to grow into a leadership and a management role so

being prepared before that moment is always huge.
