Summary

When tonight’s first guest, Sonya, was 6, she had her first Sasquatch sighting. When it happened, she and her sister were playing by a creek, behind their home. After they saw it, the ran inside to tell their mother about what they saw. Unfortunately, their mother laughed and told them that it was just their imagination. Fast forward to present day and Sonya has a plethora of sightings under her belt. That’s due, in large part, to the fact that she has a family of Sasquatch living on and around her property, in East Tennessee. On tonight’s show, she’s not only going to share some of her experiences with them, she’s also going to give advice about how she recommends that you interact with them, if you ever find yourself in their presence. We hope you’ll tune in and listen to her do that.

Tonight’s second guest, John, had his Sasquatch sighting in 1991, outside of Fox Creek, Alberta Canada. He was working on an oil field, up north at the time of his sighting. He was working on a crew that was running a seismic line through a forest there. When John’s sighting happened, John was riding in a truck, through the forest, at night. He was in the passenger seat and the moon was out. John had just been taking in the sights, due to how bright the moon was, when all of a sudden, he saw something he’d never seen before, in all the time he’d spent in the woods. Tonight, he’s going to go into detail, chronicling that experience for you.

1:05.3	And my first sighting when I was six, me and my sister were playing by the creek, and'd seen one and we'd went inside and told my mother that, you know, we had seen this big hairy man beside the creek and it was watching us play.
1:19.6	And she was like, oh no, no, that you didn't see anything. That was just your imagination. Go back outside and play.
1:26.6	And we my sister continued to see it and we were just like, well, that's just your imagination. Go back outside and play. And my sister continued to see it.
1:28.8	And we were just like, well, that's just what imagination is. It's just something that it's just
1:33.5	something that's in the woods. You know, it's just something that you think you see or maybe that you,
1:38.3	I don't know, maybe you share those, you know, things that you see in the woods with your sister.
1:45.8	So it was weird thinking that, you know, for a while, it was in my imagination. And then as I got older, my dad, we told my dad,
1:53.0	you know, about the things we were seeing. And my dad, he's always been really curious because
1:57.3	his great aunt used to talk about the big gray thing when he was a kid and she used to talk about the big gray thing would eat out of her garden and a lot of people in the area where she lived would cite this thing and they called it the big gray thing and that was in this is near Knoxville, Tennessee, where my dad grew up.
2:19.1	And so like my dad always was really curious about, you know, what was out in the woods.
2:23.9	He'd spent a lot of time out in the woods and he had heard things.
2:27.1	And, you know, he'd seen some things, but never really sure of anything.
2:30.8	But, you know, when we started, me and my sister started telling him about the hairy man that
2:34.9	was in the woods you know he was he was curious so fast forward a few years to when i was 12 we didn't have
2:42.7	really we didn't really have any anything happened between me and my sister seeing it a few times in
2:48.1	the woods when we were real little. And then when I was 12,
2:52.5	I'd been at a softball game and we got something from the bake sale and we left in the truck.
