I'm going to read through if you'll just stand in honor and recognition of the Word of God.

We're back in Romans chapter 13, and we've been studying verses 8 to 14.

And we've been looking at a message series titled, I owe you.

And in this study you've learned by now that not only do I owe you, but you owe me,

and you owe one another the love and the respect that it is

native among brothers and sisters in Christ. And Paul's great treaty in the book of Romans chapter 13.

And so in verse 8, I'll read, and again, listen along, of time's sake, I'll read all the way through.

Paul says, oh no one anything except to love one another,

for he who loves another has fulfilled the law.

For the commandments, you shall not commit adultery,

you shall not murder, you shall not steal,

you shall not bear false witness,

you shall not covet,

and if there is any other commandment,

are all summed up in this saying, namely,

you shall love your neighbor as yourself.

Verse 10.

Love does no harm to a neighbor.

Therefore, love is the fulfillment of the law.

Remarkable.

And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time do awake out of sleep.

For now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed.
