Okay, my friends, let me share with you today something that I never, ever, can I say never

today is something that I don't indulge in, right? If you're in my world, my work, pod listener,

in self-coaching society, if you're my friend in real life, you will know this about me.

And it's also something that I really encourage in other people, okay? It's this. The thing that I

don't indulge it nor recommend ever, because to me it's poison, is self-pity. I am not interested

ever in pitying myself. And I'm also not interested in pitying other people

because I will only ever see you in your strength as resourceful and whole. Yes, help. Yes,

empathy. Yes, compassion, but pity? No. Nope. It's interesting because a lot of

people might have pity for me if they learn how I grew up, by going to over 20 schools,

my father dying from addiction, growing up in domestic violence shelters, seeing violence,

being exposed to a lot of chaos, receiving

church donations, clothes, toys, hand-me-downs, being poor at school, being a kid left out.

I mean, all these things you might go, oh, poor you.

I don't feel that way at all, at all. Maybe back then I did. Maybe I thought, why can't I just be like
