So, Dr. Laura, I spoke to you last year regarding my dad, and I did exactly what you said, although I was thinking this is way too simple of advice.

I did it, it worked, and then I'm here piggybacking kind of like the aftermath of that.

Well, let's back up because I'm sure there are some people who didn't hear our conversation.

So just go through what you called about and the simple solution.

I suggested.

So I called you because my father did not approve of who I married, even though I waited, I did the right thing, I got married later in life.

He was not happy.

And my mom kept saying, just come and call him, call him, come over.

So we're, my husband and I live in New York.

We were going to California for the summer, and she kept telling us to come over despite, however he feels.

And I called him and I said, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute.

You didn't throw in what his negative notion was about you getting married to this dude.

Got it.

So he was not excited is that we were different cultures and races.

He had a trajectory.
