we're gonna be in Luke chapter 10 today

and the title of my message is I need some juice.

I need some juice.

There are many different moments in the life of Jesus

that he uses to intentionally illustrate

that he is greater than Moses.

And of course in so doing,

he's using Moses as a symbol and not just as an individual

because truth be told Jesus and Moses are like that.

You see their friendship on the Mount of Transfiguration

when Jesus invites Moses and Elijah

to come hang out with him during his earthly ministry

and they talk about the cross,

they talk about what Jesus has planned

and they're high-fiving, okay?

So we know Jesus and Moses are friends.
