Listen, I like the outdoors, and I even like being off the grid from time to time.

But in my heart of hearts, I like my pastries flaky and my coffee single origin,

so it's safe to say say I'm a city kid.

Today's collar, however, Toby is not.

I live in the Alaskan interior

in a tiny off-grid cabin.

Wow, like solar power, like battery backup, the whole thing.

It's actually not even that well set up, just a portable generator. Wow. Occasionally and a

propane fridge oven and stove. Goodness. Wow what does it like to cook in your

setup up there? Very small.

And luckily my partner and I do it like a well-loiled machine.
