So I have an issue with anger. So often I'm overcome or plotted with anger in an instant.

That's how I feel. You know, there's a constant fight or flight state. So I feel like so often

I'm in constant fight state. And almost when I'm in a parking lot looking around,

oh, if anybody is going to fight me, going to attack me so I can fight them.
