It's happening in my shadow of my body. Welcome back to the Let's be friends podcast. This is your host, Kara. I'm excited to be here today with you to hang out like friends do because this podcast is called

Let's Be Friends. And I realized recently that I haven't recorded an episode in a long time

where I've just come on here and hung out like a friend without notes in front of me or a script

or idea of what I want to talk about or a guest. So, hey, how are you? Thank you for being my

friend. I've had this podcast for four years now, which is crazy to me.

I never, like, thought I'd ever have a podcast.

It just kind of happened because in 2021, after waking up to what was going on in the world

and, like, everybody in my life had canceled me and I had no one to talk to about what was going on.

So I went online, like so many of us

did. Excuse me. And I met people there and a lot of them I had on this show and we would have

conversations and just talk about stuff. And also I would invite guests on the show about topics I was interested

in at the time, which has been an evolution. If you've been following me for years now,

if you've been my friend through all of that, I feel like a completely different person.

Like, it's almost like every six months. I feel like I'm a new person again. And I think that's a good thing.

I don't believe in evolution.

You know, the whole, I'm not like a monkey or reptile, like evolve.

Like, Genesis, like, it clearly explains God just breath of life, let it out into this

world and created things.

And his breath went into Adam,

a full grown man. That was always a question I would ask everybody who came on the show. Every guest,

like when I first started this podcast for a couple years, I would ask every single guest,
