I miss my ex and I still love him.

We dated for about four months and broke up after an argument.

He went out with friends one day and barely messaged me.

Later, he posted a video on his story where another girl was holding his phone

and filming herself with him in the background.

He said that she was just a friend and that it didn't mean anything, but it made me

uncomfortable and I felt disrespected.

When I tried to explain how it looked and how it made me feel, he kept brushing it

off and saying it was nothing.

Eventually, the conversation turned into him saying, I deserve someone better, and then

he broke up with me, saying he'd already, honestly I don't know saying he'd already tried to change before and it wasn't working

I was completely heartbroken a couple of days later as we started we started talking again

casually just checking in I still have strong feelings for him and when I asked why he was

texting me he said it's because I want him to.

Now I'm confused.

Are we actually broken up?

Is it okay to talk to your ex when you still love them?
