Hey everyone and welcome back to The Wooden's Fune.

So it's Jade here and we have got a very exciting episode for you today.

We've actually had a pretty exciting week.

We've been recording some more podcast episodes.

But it's quite rare because for the first time ever,

we've actually been allowed to tell people that we're recording podcast.

Just because every other time we've been recording,

it's been a secret project to me.

But we can't tell you what's going on.

So yeah, it's been quite nice owning that social media today.

Today's episode, we are delving into the realm of extracurricular activities.

And that just kind of means anything that you're choosing to do for yourself

that is kind of away from school work or academic work or work from your job.

And I think so often we can only define our success in those things,

in the academic realm or the work realm,

when so often I think success can come from how we choose to spend our free time.

So yeah, we're just going to discuss that a little bit more today.

We're going to discuss what busy means and why we so often say that we don't have

enough time to take on more things,

but we're also going to touch on taking on too much and being one of those hectic humans

with a timetable schedule for every day and trying to save the world while doing a degree.
