my newer friends, Jeff and Nate on the podcast. I think you will learn a lot from. If you don't

know who I am, I am a podcast hoster. I am a blogger. I'm an author speaker, but most importantly, I'm a friend. So I'm excited for you to join us and to hear what they have to say. So today on the podcast, I have two newer friends. And yes, these are the first two guys that have ever been on the I'm Tired podcast. So we'll see if I'm still friends with them after what they

say today, but it is Jeff and Nate. Say hi to everyone. How's it going? Great to be here.

1:00.4

Yeah, Grace, thanks for having us. Yes, I'm excited to have y'all. And so this idea kind of came

1:05.1

after a couple months of prayer and meditation, but thought process, but really. And then at Jeff's birthday party, he was talking about things he's learned. Haven't you, Jeff?

1:16.5

Yeah, that's right, Grace. We were definitely talking about that specific topic. How old are you? 26 years old. Yes. Yes. How does it feel?

1:25.1

Feels about the same as the first 25.

1:34.2

The same. Nothing's new. And so, yeah, we were an Irish little small get-together, and it was a great time, right, Nate?

1:40.8

It was. It was a lot of fun to see Jeff and his element, which would definitely be Irish setting.

Do you feel wiser? I actually do. Yeah, I've actually been really leaning into it for about five days now, so really excited to see what the rest of the year holds. Yeah, exactly old are you out by the way I am also 26 but uh 26 and then more than five days okay I don't

2:08.7

2:13.0

well two two springs ago two springs oh that's not just graduated yeah but still I was in I was in college for a little while. Hey, to all my college people out there. Yeah. Sometimes. You can do it too. Better than others. I was a super senior too, so you actually have two guys that really spent our undergrad well. Yeah. Wow. It really embraces. That's extra wisdom that they've gained then from whether in high school or college.

2:38.2

And so I've asked them to kind of prepare things that they've learned throughout their wise and long years of life.

2:41.0

And so I'm excited for what they got out to say.

2:43.2

And so I'm letting Jeff hit one of his first points first.

2:45.4

So Jeff, what have you learned so far in these years?

2:48.6

Yeah.

2:49.0

So we're just going to dive right in here. So one of my first

2:52.5

points, and this is one that has been more on my mind lately, being in my 20s, is that your

2:59.6

20s are about more than finding a spouse, which is something that I've just kind of been
