So we want to talk today about, or tonight, because right now it's really late. Well, it's not even that late. It's just because it's dark. It's just so dark. I know. It's like 7.30 p.m. But we want to talk about friendships because that is something I get a lot of DMs about, a lot of times, like whether you're feeling lonely, whether you feel like you have unhealthy friendships, great friendships, or you wonder how to have these friendships. And I thought there was no better person to bring on than that than one of my newer friends because I feel like McKenzie, we've just vibes so quick. We do, we do. It's been, yeah, no.

It's been, friendship with you has been, like, super easy and fun, and it's refreshing because that's not always the case. Well, I feel like you're one of the most, it's sometimes so hard I feel like to meet genuine people, so I appreciate that about you. This isn't supposed to be this one of love that. I appreciate that about you, too, like seriously. But we did run, not trying to flex on us, we did run seven miles.

Well, we ran five and then walked too. Yeah. That's really being generous. Yesterday. We're runners now. We've been running a lot lately. Two weekends in a row, I believe. I know. And you have a half marathon soon, right? In a week from today, God help me. Jimmy just shook his head. So McKenzie's's fiazzae if you don't know who Jimmy is he's the man behind the magic of the
