Okay, my friend. I'll be real with you for a second. The other week I had a crazy

week. I love to have you know blank space in my calendar I love to not over schedule

myself it absolutely doesn't work with me to feel really rushed to feel like

really anxious to feel overworked that doesn't jive with me anymore at this age in my life.

But it just so happened that a lot of good things came to me and as a result I had a very full week because they kind of all came at once.

Do you ever have that? Right? It's like waiting for the bus, right? As they say, like there's no bus and there are loads of buses.

It felt a bit like that.

It was lots of different people reaching out to me to help them to work with their groups,

etc. really cool stuff that I want to do, but it all just kind of landed within the same few days.

And I started to lose my voice a little bit.

I started to feel a slight amount of resentment kind of creep up as to how available I was for everyone else and how I

didn't even catch a breath. This never happens, but I didn't even really eat one

day because I was going from thing to thing and you know there are lots of

moving parts a couple things like

didn't go as it expected some tech stuff so I think we've all been there right there's

been like very busy periods or a lot of things happening at once and we can feel like a little bit out of control.

I still focus and foster appreciation in these moments where I try to and still still I have to allow my emotions and my feelings of frustration

or even overwhelm in particular moments in time.

So on the Friday of that week I was scheduled to do two more things on Friday afternoon and I

looked at my calendar and I thought to myself how urgent are one, I'm tired. So I'm not even showing up as my best for these two commitments that I have.
