You're listening to The Digest This Podcast, and I'm your host, Bethany Cameron.

Hey guys, I'm losing my voice a little bit, so I'm going to do my best, podcasters' worst nightmare, right?

0:14.5

But I was thinking about writing a book, or not writing a book, I should say, because a lot of people have been asking,

0:24.3

when's the second book going to come out? It's been five years since my book was published in 2020.

natural flavors or sweeteners of any kind, I sometimes like to add a squeeze of lemon or a squeeze
