Morning everybody. Welcome along to your free podcast for today. Where do we go? Well, apart from

the fact, it's the weekend, and you can't wipe the smile off my face. Any Friday that comes around

where I don't have to do any interviews because I can actually go and put my feet up is nice.

Although I can't today because I'm driving down to see my brother.

So we'll end up in a garden centre.

I know we'll end up in a garden centre because that's kind of our favoured place to go to.

We're at that age now where garden centres are actually quite nice.

I'll pay for it because that's what I like doing and that keeps him happy. I don't know if he's got any plants on his balcony. He'll end up with some today.

And, oh no, he might not actually. I've just realised he's off on, I think he's off on holiday

tomorrow. He's going, Neil would love it. He's going on a fishing holiday in France.

He loves fishing. He's a bit like Neil loves his fishing. My brother loves his fishing. My brother loves his fishing and so he goes away for for days over to France and his

poor girlfriend as the city of waiting. It's as bad as that actually. I forgot to mention actually

at the end of the programme because I had a text in about diabetes because Dave says my dad's diabetic.

He always says a little bit of what you

fancy does you're right. Unfortunately with diabetes, it's a bit of a problem. There are certain things

that we can do and certain things we can't. And I now know what to avoid. Sometimes I'm naughty.

Sometimes I'm very naughty and I do have things that I shouldn't be having. But then I think,
