I've been waiting so long to make this episode and share this news with you that has been

long and hard fought for. I don't know how else to explain it. It's been a long journey to get here

to be able to be publicly sharing the fact that I am pregnant with a healthy baby. Trigger

warning. This has been a long road and it has included multiple miscarriages and losses.

And today's episode is really going to be an exploration of this entire journey of all of the

seasons that I've walked through to get to this moment where I'm able to comfortably and

confidently share with the community that, yes, there's a baby

joining, growing joy. Growing joy is totally having a new definition in my life these days coming

June 26. I'm so excited to share everything with you now that I feel safe to. So let's dive in.
