Summary

5 | Probably the most vulnerable I have ever been and will ever be on the internet. Today we’re talking heavily about mental health and, specifically, some things I’ve been going through lately that came to a head earlier this week. I feel really anxious even to share this, but if it has the chance to help even one person feel heard and less alone, it’s worth it to me.

1:28.4	It's currently 7.15, 7.16 p.m. I'm sitting here at my desk. I actually have a heating pad on me right now because I woke up this morning with like excruciating ovary pains, which is great.
1:43.4	So I'm just kind of waiting for them to like step back up so I can
1:46.5	take my next. This is my ibuprofen. Asimr. So yeah, that's been fun. I did just end up ordering food
1:56.8	for dinner. And it was fucking amazing. I literally just made a budget and I was filling in like
2:04.1	how much a month I typically spend like eating out and then eating in. I really try to not like
2:11.2	order in and like get delivery a lot because I know I'm perfectly capable of eating something here or making something,
