Yes? Yes. How are you? Really good. How are you? I'm great. I'm actually super great because this I think this segment of our podcast has kind of become one of my favorites.

Oh yeah and this is the new segment the second upload and the stuff we get to share community stories and stuff.

Yes this is where we're trying to build the community,

And I don't know what I should call this segment.

So if you guys have any like catchy names

that I should call it. Let me know.

Also, I'm going to test it out for a month,

But yeah, for those of you that missed last week's,

basically what we're doing is we're going

to be uploading two videos every week now,

like moving on because we've only been uploading once.

So the first one will just be off the cuff where we're just having a regular conversations

like before, but the second upload is going to be where I reach out to you guys or vice versa,

you guys reach out to us and you guys let us

know about anything that's troubling you in life or something that you want a

second opinion on or anything you want to share yeah if you feel like could

benefit other people in the community. Yeah I mean doesn't necessarily have to benefit other people in the community
