What do you see is the biggest problem with how society views anger?

Usually with a negative, the bad thing.

Anger is normal and healthy, and very often people will try to discuss anger as a secondary

emotion which is just another way to avoid being honest it is a primary emotion it can be a

secondary emotion certainly there are times that people externalize their sadness or anxiety

and it becomes anger.

But the truth is that this is hardwired into us into our sympathetic nervous system the same way as fear it.

And I think that the biggest problem is somewhere along the line, and I have an idea of when that line was, anger turned into a bad emotion.

And what that does is it creates shame for anybody who's honest and dealing with it.
