Which you guys, I guess we can ask for your input if you want

we're gonna switch it up new year we're kind of starting to say the same things over and over again

but we're gonna switch up the wording to maybe a mini goal or kind of something

like something we're looking forward to that day or that week that we're excited about.

I like this. Yeah, a little switch up. But I had to do my grateful for today. Right. So we're doing it today. Right. Okay. Do you want to know my grateful? Do you want to think of one? Thank you. So Sputty the Buddy was right on my night table,

and I said, hmm, I wonder if this would work.

And when I tell you, my student took to that my student had it tucked in their shirt they felt

comforted and I don't know it was so so special and my student was like I think I'm gonna buy

myself one and I said you can't because it kind of loses the importance of it. It's my potato then I'm lending you when you're having a rough day.
