and it is Trash Day. Today's solo episode, we are taken out some much needed trash because we had

two guest episodes in a row, so I have not yapped just you and I for a

hot minute. And so much has happened. I went to New York. We had the live show. So we must

discuss. We must take out trash. If you're watching on YouTube, I am wearing a headband.

And I don't know why I didn't hop on the headband train before. It's incredible.

It covers all my baby hairs, covers my bald spots, covers the grease. And it makes me look so

fab. Like I look so cool. It's giving cool girl walking through the city, doing Pilates,

drinks green juice, drinks matcha, even though I don't drink green juice or matcha. But it's so cute.

I will be wearing headbands more often. You will be seeing a lot more headbands in the studio

because it makes life so much easier. Like I looked like a rat and then I put on this headband, put a little bit of makeup on, got my dice in, did a couple of curls. And now I feel like I look so cute. And if you don't think I look cute, please don't tell me. But I'm wearing a headband and I love headband. So that's the first thing in the trash is I am now a headband girl. And I do think the headbands for a minute there were reminding me of like 2009 my soccer days when I would wear headbands. And maybe that's why I was like, I don't think I'm into it. I don't think I want to do it. And I'm sorry it took so long because this is it. This is a fit. This is a vibe.

podcast has these bad boys. And I actually got a gift card. was it two Christmases ago? My sister-in-law

Kessley, who if you ever go to one of my events or parties, she is helping run it all because

she is a planning event, girly, love her. She had gifted me a gift card to get these mic flags like two years ago. And I just

never did it because it wasn't on the forefront of my mind. And I was like, no, it's fine. It's

fine. It's fine. And then when I redid the studio, I was like, no, I want to be legit. I feel like

I've hit a point where I should have mic flags.
