Several employees of Elon Musk's SpaceX recently wrote a joint letter

criticizing the billionaire CEO for public comments on Twitter. As Musk attempts to complete the purchase of the

social media giant, he has become more vocal about his politics and his feelings about woke culture.

His employees claim his comments harm the company and the people who work there, writing,

Elon's behavior in the public sphere is a frequent source of distraction and embarrassment for us,

particularly in recent weeks.

As our CEO and most prominent spokesperson, Elon is the face of SpaceX.

Every tweet that Elon sends is a de facto

public statement by the company. It is critical to make clear to our teams and to our potential

talent pool that his messaging does not reflect our work, our mission, or our values. Mere days after

the release of the letter,

Musk fired at least five of the employees who wrote the letter.

Good for him.

With the firings,

Musk is taking a very public stand.

Woke culture has ushered in a culture of entitlement,

and it will no longer be tolerated.
