Aloha, Aloha, Aloha. This is a Meathead Hippie podcast. It's been a while and I have so many

little audio clips that I've been collecting and saving and interviews that are coming. But this is a

solo podcast with Emily Schram, Meathead Hippie, who just is exploding from the inside out because I've consumed so much Damiana.

I've been in southern, big south Baja, so southern Baja, so southern Baja Mexico.

I feel so grateful because there's been nonstop recognition of who I am, where I'm going,

and how we're all reflections of each other.

And then I just felt very strongly today on this Virgo moon on this Sunday as I'm swinging

in my little swing

with the wind and the horses around me that I needed to share a little bit more of some

of my writing and connect with you all and hopefully just touch base in a way that makes you feel

as if you are either not crazy or feel as if you are, you know, just, I just want to wake something up.

That's always what I want to do. I am a 5-1 in human design. I guess that's a good place to start

is to make sure you all know your human design. And I've been reading so much of the gene keys and just

understanding who I am and I think one of the things that I've really become obsessed with reading

about and really understanding about or wanting to have more understanding for is my desire and my desire for whatever it may be.

Let's say, for hemply, my desire for herb commerce, you know, creating a new business

with herbs that are grown regeneratively.

That was definitely a desire.

Or let's say a desire for traveling the world or a desire to organize trash pickups or a desire

to absolutely change food infrastructure and localized food. So there's the crazy visions and

ideas and downloads and I'm an entrepreneur. That's just who I am. I've created a lot of things and I'll always create. But so many times these creations or what my ideas are or these desires, they become heavy. And that's because I'm doing it wrong. And when you learn about our desires, especially in the terms of human design or the gene keys,

desires are actually a shadow frequency, kind of a heavier, darker frequency,
