The ceasefire between the United States and Iran is set to end this week.

The U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance and the American delegation are expected to travel to Pakistan today, going to Islamabad.

State media and Iran, though, says the Iranian delegation has not yet departed for the talks.

Don't even know if anybody's going to be there to talk, too. So we'll have more on that.

So it's funny, Jack and the crew and I were just discussing that there's like remodeling noise coming through the walls at the radio ranch.

And just got this from Rick.

We're getting a garden tub put in.

I do love a good soak.

Rick says, hey, Joe, how's your remodel coming along?

And he sends along it's a guy up on a ladder with a drill, whatever.

And the caption is, don't fear an eight-week remodel.

Those 10 months will be the most fulfilling two years of your life.

Oh, so true.

We think the porta-potty, which has been in our front yard for exactly a year, is leaving today.
