Nicole, you know money things.

I've heard of them.

Yeah, so I think that I have always struggled with and I think a lot of people do is

setting a rate for something ahead of time.

Like I hire someone and then I have to like talk about what they're going to charge me.

I have to admit I don't always do that.

Why don't I always do that?

Because it's uncomfortable.

Because generally talking about money is uncomfortable and then talking about it with a human

in real life or on the phone is just like, even for me still.

It's like, good, tricky.

It's a tricky chat.

Yeah, it's kind of like I want somebody to show up and have a price tag on them.

So I just know, I just know, okay, can you just wear a price tag so I know what it costs.

But of course that is not the real world.

And today I have a friend who hired a babysitter, did not know what that babysitter cost

and was very surprised to find out and she needed some help.
