| 0:13.0 | Hi, Dr. Laura. How are you today? Good. Thank you. Good. Yes. I am 65 and a half years old. I retired from my state civil service three months ago. |
| 0:29.0 | And I'm floundering. My background is that I've always been the kind of the hero child that took care of the family, five kids and two infantile parents. |

| 1:27.0 | Have you ever wanted to ride Route 66? Have you ever wanted to skydive? Have you me know? Have you ever wanted a particular new hobby? Do you want to learn archery? |
| 1:41.0 | Just stumble around and try things. Your notion that you're just going to make a decision about a thing or an activity or a place. And then the floundering stops. |
| 1:54.0 | And you'll know exactly what you want to do is not realistic. What you have the opportunity to do now is experiment. |
| 2:07.0 | I don't want to do that. I don't want to do that. I don't want to do that. I don't want to do that. |
| 2:12.0 | Well, then go for it. |
| 2:18.0 | The flip side of the screen. The closer to that, I was also the achieving child. So I'm a little bit afraid to not be good at something. |
| 2:27.0 | There's no being bad at skydiving unless you forget to pull the shoot. There's nothing bad about you can't fail to see Wyoming. |
| 2:46.0 | These are not these are experiences. They're not challenges. They have no attachment to success and failure. |
| 2:56.0 | Or being heroic. They're just living life. |
| 3:01.0 | And you're going to be dead sooner than you were born. |
| 3:07.0 | True. |
| 3:09.0 | So let's have some experiences. |
