0:00.0	Hey y'all, I wanted to connect with you guys here on a few things. Even though those primary issues with Spotify hiding episodes from the feed were fixed a few months ago, I do continue to hear from many of you on the other issues
0:15.3	you're having with Spotify.
0:17.4	So many of you are having trouble loading the episodes and often the sound machines can take
0:21.7	upwards of like 60 or 90 seconds to start which is nuts.
0:26.1	I've had the issue I've heard a lot of other people having that issue and sometimes they don't even play at all.

0:34.6	Spotify about all these issues as I know they directly impact your ability to
0:39.2	access the sound machines that you've all come to rely on. You guys trust me with your sleep, with your baby sleep,

0:53.0	I don't take that trust lightly
0:55.0	and I know it's my responsibility to make sure that you have reliable access to these sounds.
1:00.0	In my conversations with Spotify, it's been made pretty clear that I'm essentially on my own
1:06.2	when it comes to the issues that my listeners have on my feed.
1:09.4	They've unfortunately just been really unhelpful.
