Okay, well, thank you for taking this call.

I am trying to make my, thank you. I am trying to make

my father dead to me

What does that mean? What is dead to you mean? It means, count him as not part of my life anymore because he did some bad things to my

sisters and I and I I'm having a very hard time just letting him go like because the anger you know I have a

lot of anger I have a project ahead of. I have a project to write everything down that he's ever done and then forgive him.

I thought I had forgiven him.

That is such crap. Who told you to forgive him? That is such bull crap. Anybody who told you that handed you

bull crap. You don't forgive it and you don't have to have him dead to you.

And the more you spend time and the more that you ruminate on this, the more negative and upset and focused on things other than the quality of your life.

There's a difference between letting something go because it's so destructive and disruptive to today.

It's not a matter of forgiveness.

Somebody did something evil.

You don't forgive them, ever.

They don't have to be dead.

You just, you just, you must

pull yourself together to face a life without the anger.

You're justified in being angry. That doesn't mean you have to be angry every day.
