3.6 is a healthy level of stress on the stress scale, according to the American Psychological Scale. And 23% of women report their stress level at an 8, 9 or 10 on that same stress scale. WHAT? And we are just living with it. Today I want to show you that we are human. And humans have a breaking point. I really don’t want you to have to find yours.
