0:32.1	Yesterday was a really hard day, like top hardest day I've had in a long time. And maybe it's

0:38.1	that side of me because it was not my best work. So today, I want to share with you just some tips,
0:44.9	some tricks and some strategies that I use whenever I'm trying to manage it all. I am a mom to
0:50.8	five kids. I have a stepson who is almost 20. I have a 14 year old boy, a 13 year old
0:57.2	boy. I have a four year old boy. And then I also have a two year old baby girl. And life is not
1:03.4	always rainbows and butterflies. I have really learned how to manage my stress. And so I wanted just
1:08.8	to share with you what I do when things don't always go
1:11.6	according to plan, how I dig myself out of the depths of depression and kind of just a game
1:18.0	plan for some things that you can try in your own life if you're struggling and hopefully help you
1:23.0	make it to the end of this school year, the end of this year, and start the new year off with a bank.
