Well, I think that I've been trying to work through with therapy and, you know, stuff.

Um, for a couple of my ex, like half a year ago, uh, and I've been resorting to transactional relationship

in, in fear of putting myself out there and getting hurt while being vulnerable again.

Right. So that's been an unhealthy coping mechanism.

What sorts of transactional relationships?

In the past is like Strip Club, but I went there a few times and I got over it

Massages regular places for like physical touch like a love language thing or just even something like talking to someone on fiber like

paying someone to talk to me because all I do is go to work and pretty Monday in life. Yeah. And how have those

experience has been for you?

It is what it is like you pay for the service or and sometimes our understanding of like what your are, like reading you because they're in that business, right?

Not necessarily sex work or anything, but even like my massage therapist, she understands like I'm looking for some type of not necessarily affection, but like just like being there present is like a nice thing and she even like gives me hugs or like you know when we're

parting and stuff so that's one, but I'm trying to work through with my therapist and yeah.

What's your therapist say about all this?

My therapist actually,

actually my insurance just changed

so that I'm not have a therapist anymore.

And my last therapist left me with the bill of $500 because my insurance change
