Summary

Let’s set the scene. You just toured four apartments with a broker. It’s the end of the day and you’re tired. You liked all of the apartments, but weren’t crazy about any of them. Then, your broker says: “Actually, there’s just one last apartment I want to show you.” And then, all of a sudden, you’re there. In your dream apartment.
