Some paranormal encounters are quiet. Subtle. Easy to doubt. This one was not.

One listener, a seasoned professional used to handling every type of personality imaginable, found themselves frozen with fear during what should have been an ordinary hiring event. Dozens of job applicants filled the waiting room, but one young man stood out immediately. Pale, stiff, strangely formal for his age—he sat alone, hands folded neatly on the table, never glancing at his phone.

Then, as if sensing her gaze, he looked up. And that’s when she saw them.  Not pupils. Not irises. Just eyes that were completely, impossibly black.

In that instant, she felt sick—panic crashing through her as one chilling thought flashed in her mind: That boy has no soul. No application. No exit. Nothing.

His friend swore the creature was nine or ten feet tall—a brush with Bigfoot, or something darker?
