Nothing is frustrating me today. Actually. It's a day of gratitude.

And I've actually been thinking a lot about you today because it was one of those days where you just feel overwhelmingly happy, full of gratitude for how your life is going.

And I was doing some chores and housework and yard work.

And I was thinking to myself, how did we get to this point that my husband and I have really found this rhythm?

And we've really clicked in our marriage after 30 years.

And really, it's you. And I wanted to

call and tell you, I, uh, we have a 25 year old son. He's in his third year of medical school.

We're both prior military. And we got out of the, uh, the Air Force in 1996.

We've been married 30 years.

So after I got out of the military, I was a stay-at-home mom.

I did have years before I found your show where I might have felt a little bit sorry for myself.

I'm certain I did that I was maybe missing out.

But once he got of school age and I would sit in the car rider line and I would be in the car

for usually an hour and a half or taking him to and from practices and sitting at practices

as he was growing up, I would listen to you and I would learn.

And you said quite a few things that really helped me change my perspective on my marriage.

And I won't get them correct and how to be a better mother-in-law someday.
