0:17.0	My question is, I was hoping you could help me with a mantra because I know you're really good with those.
0:26.0	And I just found out that I'm pregnant, which I'm very excited about very early on.
0:33.0	Only five weeks and the last time I was pregnant I had a miscarriage at eight weeks.
0:41.0	And do they know why?
0:45.0	It just basically so like sometimes it happens is what my doctor said about actually about 25% of the time women have miscarriages.
0:53.0	Many of that they don't even know they've had one.
0:56.0	They just think they're having a bad period or something.
0:59.0	Yeah, and he also said like because it was my first pregnancy that happens a lot.
1:05.0	So, but anyway, I keep having like I keep having these thoughts come in that it's going to happen again.
1:16.0	Okay, can we change the thought to it might happen again?
1:19.0	There's no guarantee it'll happen again.
1:22.0	I listen to what you just said.
1:24.0	It's going to happen again.
1:26.0	No, we don't know that.
1:28.0	We know it might happen again.
1:30.0	Some people go through a number of miscarriages before whatever the genetics finally work out and it stays.
1:37.0	Everything's good.
1:38.0	So, it's possible it might happen again.
