My question is, I was hoping you could help me with a mantra because I know you're really good with those.

And I just found out that I'm pregnant, which I'm very excited about very early on.

Only five weeks and the last time I was pregnant I had a miscarriage at eight weeks.

And do they know why?

It just basically so like sometimes it happens is what my doctor said about actually about 25% of the time women have miscarriages.

Many of that they don't even know they've had one.

They just think they're having a bad period or something.

Yeah, and he also said like because it was my first pregnancy that happens a lot.

So, but anyway, I keep having like I keep having these thoughts come in that it's going to happen again.
